What to send with the first bid

Project name, owner, bid date/time, estimated contract, bond percentages from the ITB, current PWCR, DPMC notice + trades, DPMC-701 / work on hand, and last financials. Ask whether they can issue an e-bid bond for that owner.

Send latest year-end (and interim) financials the underwriter asked for
Work-on-hand / uncompleted contracts list matching DPMC-701
ITB pages: bid bond %, performance/payment %, liquidated damages, addenda
Named subs and their DPMC trades if the spec requires them
Confirm bid-bond delivery method (electronic vs original) before bid day
If awarded: request P&P bonds immediately; do not wait on the pre-con meeting
Ask about consent of surety / maintenance bond if the contract uses them
